Through your support, we will be empowering local churches in neighborhoods of profound poverty to reach more unreached children, enhancing the capacity of those churches to serve each child in their care more effectively, and building the resiliency of this global ministry to meet whatever opportunities or challenges may arise with quickness and flexibility.

The Need: $1 Billion

Expanding Holistic Child Development to Release the Next Million Children from Poverty

There are an estimated 170 million children living in poverty in the 29 countries where Compassion currently works, and we are only serving 2.3 million of them currently. In response, our vision is to expand the reach of existing and new frontline church partners to include another million children on the journey toward being released from poverty through church-driven holistic child development programs, targeted response interventions, and critical relief when disasters and crises strike. Your partnership will be a catalyst for this growth in every country where Compassion works and will ensure that each Frontline Church Partner can offer sustainable, holistic support to every child in our care.
