Technical training to unlock potential and transform futures
Through Compassion’s non-formal education programs, young people are discovering their God-given talents and gaining the practical skills needed to build brighter futures for themselves, their families, and their communities. From vocational training and entrepreneurship to leadership development and job readiness, these programs equip participants with pathways to meaningful employment and financial independence. In Bolivia, Jairo turned technical training into a growing business while mentoring others and sharing his faith. In Indonesia, Michelle found stable employment as a security guard, giving her confidence and the ability to support her family. In Rwanda, Esther is breaking gender barriers through carpentry, helping provide for her household while pursuing a university degree and inspiring other young women to follow their dreams. Their stories demonstrate how education, opportunity, and Christ-centered support can unlock potential, strengthen families, and create lasting ripple effects for generations to come.
